1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and bedding are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Email support@storezaar.store with your order number and return reason.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Securely package the item with the RMA number included.
- Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- Contact support@storezaar.store to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
- You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to support@storezaar.store with photos.
- We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
